Properly position the included retractor for optimal whitening:
- Hold retractor with large semi-circular frame facing downward
- Position two larger flanges closer to your face
- Compress and rotate flanges toward your face using thumb and index finger
- Gently position at corners of mouth, allowing lips to rest naturally in curved depressions
- When properly positioned, larger flanges sit inside mouth, smaller flanges remain outside
Gently dry the teeth to be whitened with a tissue.
Using the included tooth shade guide, select the shade that most closely matches your natural tooth color.

- Resume normal schedule when sensitivity subsides
After whitening:
- Wipe away any remaining gel with a tissue

🦷 Daily Consistency
Whitening works best with daily, consecutive use for optimal results.
🚫 Avoid Stains
Avoid staining foods and beverages during the whitening period.
⏰ Wait After Treatment
Do not eat or drink for one hour after treatment to maximize results.
😊 Handle Sensitivity
If sensitivity occurs, skip a day and resume when comfortable.
⚠️ Temporary Blanching
Temporary whitening of the gums (blanching) may occur if gel contacts gum tissue—this is normal and temporary.
🦷 Dental Work
Dental restorations such as crowns, veneers, and fillings will not whiten.
🪥 Brush First
Brushing before whitening may help achieve more even results.
