Returns & Refunds

At ioTech International, we stand behind the quality of our products and take pride in accurate order fulfillment. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as returns are accepted only under specific circumstances outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following situations:

  • You received the incorrect product due to a fulfillment error on our part, or
  • Your product arrived damaged during shipping

Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, scent, or performance
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Opened, used, or partially used items

All eligible items must be unused and in the same condition as received.


2. Initiating a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@iotechinternational.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the incorrect or damaged item.
  3. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
  4. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered by ioTech only when the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
  • Customers are responsible for all other shipping costs (if applicable).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges.
Replacements are issued only for items that are confirmed to be damaged or shipped incorrectly.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@iotechinternational.com.
