Fill the applicator tray(s) provided by your dentist one-half full. Press filled tray(s) firmly in place. Spit out excess gel. Wear trays for 10 minutes, twice daily, morning and night, or as directed by your dentist. Rinse out trays with water after each use. Gently towel dry, and store in the container provided.
